Ideal size for my needs. My laptop (13") fits perfectly and it is easy to carry. The bag inside also works well as my sidebar and the allowance to hang strap it to my suitcase is a game changer. I would like to recommend the following:
- the small addition for holding a bottle (?) is inside the part for the laptop. I dont think it is necessary to have that on the inside and it should also not be in the laptop compartment. It doesnt work for me.
- The handles should be one inch longer to make it make it more comfortable to carry on the shoulder especially when you are wearing a jacket.
Otherwise, this is an ideal addition to my travel package

The communication was great and I also received great service when I went to pick the bag from the shop.
The bag itself is just as described (I wouldn’t have minded an outside pocket too hehe)
Will definitely shop again.

Finally a big handbag with an attachment for a long strap. It's super spacious and apart from the laptop pocket and the inside side pockets, i love the additional water bottle pocket on the inside and the 2 hooks was not expecting that. Now i have a place to hang my keys.
